To enroll your dog in daycare or boarding, just complete the enrollment form below and submit it online. If you have more than one pup, you can just put everyone’s information on one enrollment form.  Once your enrollment form is received, we will call you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment for your dog’s Meet and Greet, which is a 15- 30 minute temperament evaluation to make sure he or she is ready to mingle with the other pups.

 

We also need proof of Rabies, DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) vaccines.  Plus, all dogs must be spayed or neutered by 6 months old. When you come in for your Meet and Greet, please bring all vaccine records with you. If you do not have copies, we can contact your vet over the phone to receive the vaccine information. No problem!
